The prices below are for the service, excluding components. The build packages include Windows 11 Pro. The work to be done and its price are confirmed with you before starting.

What to know before you entrust your PC to us.
Does PC4GAMER sell the components?
No. You buy the parts directly from the retailer once the configuration is approved. We add no hidden mark-up on components.
I don't know my configuration. Is that a problem?
No. Just describe what the PC does, since when and in which game or software. A photo of the machine or the error screen can help, but it isn't required.
Does the PC always have to be dropped off?
No. Windows, driver or settings problems can often be handled remotely with RustDesk. A drop-off is only arranged if the hardware needs checking.
How long does a build take?
The appointment and the timing are agreed with you, depending on the build and parts availability. Wait for our confirmation before you come over.
Will a part be replaced without my agreement?
No. The diagnosis, the price and any parts are confirmed with you before any paid change is made.
